Whiskey Sour is a classic. Boozy and refreshing, this version uses Monkey Shoulder Whiskey instead of bourbon to give it a lovely smokey flavour.
2 ounces Monkey Shoulder Whiskey
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 orange wheel for serving
Maraschino cherry for serving
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well until chilled. Pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.
