My friend Richelle from Proof & Company shared the below video as a suggestion for cocktailing at home. Following on my theme of adaptation...I skipped the strawberries, used some lemongrass simple syrup, and swapped out Angostura bitters for black lemon bitters because that's what I have in my bar...I'm calling the delicious tipple (right) a Singa-Buck...watch the video to see why.
