We created this very dirty, very dry, gin-based Martini for a birthday party. Now, we are all obsessed with the combination of herbal Terroir Gin and olive juice. If you can get your hands on this particular spirit, it will change your Martini game forever. As for the olive juice...a friend asked how do you get that? Simple! Strain your olives and save the juice in a separate bottle. We keep ours in the fridge and use it often! And the olives? Nibble, toss in a salad, or load up your pizza.
Ingredients
2 oz St. George Terroir Gin
1 oz Olive Juice
¼ oz Dry Vermouth
2 Olives
Mix It Up
