An herbal, refreshing, easy-to-make concoction perfect for warmer weather, comes courtesy of Simin at Paper Lantern Gin.
Ingredients
45ml Paper Lantern Gin
20ml simple syrup
20ml fresh lemon juice
6 fresh basil leaves
Garnish: fresh basil
Mix It Up
1) Add basil leaves, simple syrup, lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle until the leaves are thoroughly crushed.
2) Add Paper Lantern Gin and ice into the cocktail shaker and shake.
3) Add ice to a rocks glass and fine strain the mixture into the glass.
4) Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
